Your team will be trained on our user-friendly online program management tool, rewardBANK. We will help you set-up your reward offers, business locations, various levels of administrators, and budget parameters for ongoing program management.
We will hold a Marketing meeting with key stakeholders to discuss the tools we have available and guide you in incorporating the AIR MILES brand into your existing materials and campaigns.
We have digital and social media assets, brand and messaging guidelines, a selection of POS materials, best practices recommendations, and much more.
Letting everyone, especially your customers, know you now have the AIR MILES Reward Program is the first step to achieving your program goals.
We will be there with you every step of the way and continually optimize your program.
Once your program has launched, you will continue to receive ongoing support from our dedicated Client Success team.
